There isn't one fuse that could take all that lot out.It's difficult to get the cowling off without taking the steering wheel off as well,but if you've got an XZN M12 bit then it will save you quite a bit of time.These ignition switches were inherited from the later mk.3 Golfs and weren't all the reliable all those years ago,add another 10 years or so onto that and it's a recipe for disaster.
This corroded the circuit board. I got it working after a quick repair but I threw out the assembly because the cover was cracked and replacements are cheap. There is a single LED in the front and two on the sides. Parts. T10 torx screwdriver phillips screwdriver if mk4 VW Passat. Left turn signal VW# 1k0 949 101 (1k0949101)

Hi folks, I wonder if someone can advise me on an issue with my mk7 golf key fob. Recently my dash reported that the battery was low on my key fob, so I opened it up and replaced it. After installing the new battery the fob failed to open/close the car and the red light on the fob did not flash on when pressing an option.
