Aug 10, 2015. #1. I have the phantom 3 professional with the latest 1.3.20 firmware on it. I run either a Galaxy S5 or Galaxy Tab 4 7" tablet with the 1.2.0 DJIPilot app on it. I am having an issue with the drone not taking pictures when you click on the shutter button in the app, or click the button on the remote control.
Hi, thanks for the screen-shots, I do suggest to send in this for repairs for us to assess some parts of the gimbals have been damaged. Kindly try as well to refresh the firmware of your aircraft. If the issues still persist, it really needs to send in the aircraft for repairs. Hope this helps.
The app said RC FW should be upgraded, so I did and now there is ver. 1.9.3 and no connection to the quadrocopter (DJI Phantom 3 Advanced). When I pressed C1, shutter and power buttons, RC starts and there is FW ver. 1.2.0.12. The app says FW should be upgraded - it downloads ver. 1.7.8 and says upgrade failed, current ver. is 1.7.8.
Processing imagery from the Mavic 3 Multispectral, Phantom 4 Multispectral, Skydio S2, S2+, X2, X2E, X10, MicaSense, SenseFly, or the WingtraOne is officially supported. RTK processing from DJI drone image sets not taken in DroneDeploy can be processed on Individual plans and above. Using Map Engine does not require any app, just data.
Check the "RTH" setting in DJI. The drone will rise to the set RTH altitude plus the altitude of the flight plan. Drone does not Capture Photos/Camera Check Fails. Try to improve the remote control signal. If that does not work, open the DJI GO app and: Check for warnings. Try a test photo. Try formatting the SD card.
