Level 21: First Core Specialization (what used to be called Traitlines) unlocked. Level 31: Elite Skill slot unlocked.
You state that the elite specializations are subpar. But when explaining why, we get the statements like the above quoted paragraph. You say nothing. Yes you type words, but these statements have no substantive meaning. The only thing I can say to you is: It sucks that you don't like the new elite specializations.
No. 1. Fribbtastic EPIDEMIC :*☆─σ ( ಠ ﾛ ಠ )ﾉ • 5 yr. ago. That will take me awhile to fully level up. It doesn't really, HoT and PoF maps give you 10 Hero Points for each Hero Challenge that means you would need to do only 25 Hero Challenges to fully unlock the Elite Spec.
I'd say 2+ hours to get the elite spec unlocked, but may be longer if it is your first time or if you are not familiar with the maps. If you join an HP train, it depends. Fast ones will be 1 hour or less.
